We are an ambitious group of community leaders who recognize the need for empowerment through hands on experiences to connect people to nature. Our working farm provides the perfect landscape to connect people to nature, providing an intrinsic value and sprouting community contributions and betterment. We are an organization based on hard work, acceptance and empowerment through farm-based activities.
What started as a dream for founder Tiffany Lehman many years ago, became a reality in November of 2022. With the trusted support and dedication to the mission, co-founder Ashleigh Ebrite and Tiffany Lehman developed a working farm but they didn't stop there. With a philanthropic mindset the duo wanted to give back to their community while educating people on the critical importance of sustainable agriculture. Empowerment Farm, a nonprofit organization was created to give people the opportunity to connect with nature through hands on farm-based experiences and inspire health lifestyles.

Tiffany's dedication to non-profits was enhanced while attending the University of Florida through volunteer experiences with multiple organizations leading to her degree in Gerontology. As a true Neapolitan Tiffany moved back to Naples in 2007, upon her husband's graduation from Veterinary school, and started an independent insurance agency from the grown up. After 15 years in the insurance industry Tiffany decided it was time to follow her heart and give back to her community. With a deep-rooted passion for nature, education, and community Tiffany envisioned a farm where families, children, and individuals could reconnect with the earth, one another, and themselves. With an all in mindset Tiffany sold her agency in 2022 to devote herself to her mission and hence the birth of Empowerment Farm. Tiffany currently serves on the Advisory Council for Leadership Collier Foundation and has served as Chair of Youth Leadership Collier since 2015. Her greatest loves are her husband and two daughters.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and working on their homestead where she raises ducks and chickens and has a flourishing garden that she is constantly researching for best practices and techniques.
